For 24 winters, he has worked in silence.
Deep in the countryside in Europe, where the fog eats the roads and the stones remember older names, there is a secret laboratory.
It has no address. It has no rules.
It is the home of Dr. No.
But Dr. No is not a maker of mere pedals.
He is a forger of doors.
A cartographer of sound.
Since 2002 he has bent metal, wire, and meaning until they obeyed something other than logic.
THE IMPOSSIBLE IDEA
In 2017, a vision came to him.
Not a sketch. Not a schematic.
A complete image, burned into the back of his skull.
It was too large for this world.
Too hungry. Too many hands. Too much soul.
To build it at scale would break it. So he did what all alchemists do when faced with a god:
He broke the god into pieces first.
From that one impossible idea, three spirits were released into the world.
NECROFUZZICON. DJINN. DYBBUK.
The unknowing played them, and called them effects.
But the source remained. Waiting.
For 1000 hours, across 4 years, Dr. No carved it by hand.
No machines. No shortcuts. Every circuit, every trace, every ritual born from scratch.
Until the image in his head finally had weight.
This is that weight.
This is SORCIÈRE the Altar.
WHAT IS AN ALTAR?
SORCIÈRE is not an effect alone.
It is a compilation. A self-invented religion housed in wood and wire.
No books were consulted. No gods were asked for permission.
It is all superstitions, all magic, all occult whispers, melted down and recast into one new form.
Its purpose is simple: To appeal to the imagination. To wake the part of you that creates.
Inside the Altar live three spirits, designed and bound by Dr. No’s own hand:
-NecroFuzzicon, The Classic Fuzz – The voice of fire
-The Dybbuk, The Uni-Vibe – The breath of water
-The DJINN, The Tone Enhancer – The knife of clarity
The same trinity used by the legends. The ones who, it is said, traded something to the Devil for more access to the muse.
